50 Years
Of Flavor.

Not just a restaurant chain.
A Koraput tradition since 1974.

/// The Beginning

It Started
With Tea.

Sunabeda, 1974. A small shutter opens. The smell of charcoal and fresh milk. That was the moment Bidhan was born.

We didn't set out to build a legacy. We just wanted to serve a good cup of tea and fresh tiffin to the HAL township. But good food has a way of bringing people back. First came the regulars, then their children, and now their grandchildren.

Our
Vows.

The three simple rules we've followed every single day since the first shutter opened in 1974.

No Shortcuts

If a sweet takes 4 hours to prepare properly, we cook it for 4 hours. No artificial softeners, no rush.

02

Koraput First

Our heart beats for this district. From our staff to our sourcing, we are 100% local.

03

Honest Food

No fancy plating or dry ice. Just the same authentic, homestyle taste you remember from 20 years ago.
