Three days in mid-June

Raja is Odisha’s own festival, and the one where pitha matters more than anything else. It runs for three days in mid-June, families are at home, and sweet trays move between houses continuously. Bidhan runs both counters at full capacity through all three days, and kilo orders should be placed at least three days ahead.
