https://bidhan.in exists so you can see what Bidhan (Hotel Jaya Durga) makes, what it costs, when the counters are open and how to reach them.

We do not sell anything on this website, take payments, or hold accounts. There is no cart, no checkout and no online payment, and there is no plan to add one.

Every price shown on this site is an indicative counter price. The price that applies is the one at the counter on the day you buy, because ingredient costs — milk especially — move, and sweets sold by weight are priced by what the scale says.

Sweets sold per piece are marked per piece. Sweets sold by weight are marked per kg. A price shown per kg for something that is counted rather than weighed is a mistake; please tell us if you find one.

The order slip you build on this site is a list. Sending it on WhatsApp starts a conversation; it does not reserve stock, fix a price or confirm a collection time.

An order is confirmed when a person at the shop confirms it to you, by phone or in a reply. For bulk and festival orders we may ask for an advance before confirming.

Items are made in batches through the day and sell out. Menu sections have their own serving hours, listed on the menu page. Some sections are only served at one outlet.

Where a lead time is stated — one day for up to 5kg, three days in a festival week — treat it as the minimum, not the target.

The Semiliguda outlet is listed on Zomato. Orders placed there are governed by Zomato’s terms for pricing, delivery, cancellation and refunds. We have no control over their charges or their timelines.

Listings of this business on maps, directories and review platforms are operated by those platforms.

Photographs and illustrations on this site are indicative. Where an item has no photograph yet, the page shows a drawn illustration and labels it as one. Food is made by hand and varies.
