How to order

Four ways to order

Pay at the counter

Bidhan takes orders four ways: at the counter, by phone on +91 77499 77955, by WhatsApp on the same number, and through Zomato for the Semiliguda outlet. Nothing is sold or paid for on this website — you pay at the counter, in cash, by UPI or by card.

Each channel, what it is good for, and what it needs from you.

  1. 01

    Walk up to the counter

Anything, any day. The only way to see what is on the tray before you buy.

    1. 1.Come to Sunabeda (6:00 AM–8:00 PM) or Semiliguda (7:30 AM–10:00 PM).
    2. 2.Show the order slip you built on this site, or just point at the tray.
    3. 3.Pay at the counter — cash, UPI or card.

Cut-off · No notice needed for anything on the tray.

  2. 02

    Call

Kg sweets, festival orders and anything you want set aside.

    1. 1.Call +91 77499 77955 during opening hours.
    2. 2.Say the outlet, the items, the quantity and when you will collect.
    3. 3.Pay when you collect. Bulk orders may need an advance.

Cut-off · One day for up to 5kg. Three days during a festival week.

  3. 03

    WhatsApp the order slip

Sending a long list without reading it out over a bad line.

    1. 1.Build your slip on this site as you browse.
    2. 2.Send it on WhatsApp to +91 77499 77955.
    3. 3.We reply with what is available and what it comes to.

Cut-off · Replies during opening hours. A slip sent at night is answered next morning.

  4. 04

    Zomato delivery

Meals and snacks delivered around Semiliguda.

    1. 1.Open the Semiliguda listing on Zomato.
    2. 2.Order and pay through Zomato.
    3. 3.Delivery, timing and refunds are governed by Zomato’s own terms.

Cut-off · Semiliguda outlet only. Sweets sold by weight are not listed.

For a large order in Sunabeda, Semiliguda, Koraput town or Jeypore, ask on the phone. Delivery is arranged case by case for bulk and catering, and charged separately.

After you send a slip

What happens next

Your slip reaches a phone in the shop. Someone reads it between rushes, checks what is available, and replies with the total and a collection time. Nothing is reserved until that reply arrives — an order slip is an enquiry, not a confirmed order.
